Man Arrested For Naked Walks In The Park
A Virginia man who was twice spotted taking a naked stroll through a park wearing nothing but high heels and stockings, has been arrested on indecent exposure charges, according to police reports.Jeffrey Battaglia, 37, was seen strutting his stuff with no pants on on two separate occasions in March at Gypsy Hill Park in Staunton, a city about 40 miles from Charlottesville.
A male witness reported seeing a man with his lower extremities exposed, wearing a black hat, black dinner jacket, and high heels on March 8th. A week later, a female witness also had the misfortune of being exposed to the private parts of the suspect, who was wearing a black jacket, high heels, and stockings.
Police dubbed Battaglia, who lives about seven miles from Staunton, “the pantsless stroller.”
Battaglia was ultimately charged with two counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure.

Trouble In Paradise
According to police reports, Gillen and Riposta “became intoxicated” and “were arguing throughout the day.” Things took a turn for the worse inside the couple’s room at the Clearwater Beach Hotel.
Gillen told cops that Riposta started to attack him and scratched up his chest. Gillen did indeed have noticeable scratch marks and suffered minor injuries to his torso, investigators noted.
Riposta said that Gillen grabbed her by the neck and pushed her to the ground. Riposta’s claim was supported by scratches and scrape marks on her knee, according to the police.
Gillen was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery and was later released from custody on his own recognizance. Since Riposta had a prior battery conviction, she was charged with felony battery.
A judge has ordered the newlyweds to have no contact with each other. Court filings list the couple’s residence as a home in Davenport, a city about 90 miles inland from Clearwater Beach.

Man Arrested for Patio Pleasure Session
Responding officers found Christopher Worrell, 30, completely nude near the woman’s Largo residence. The woman told officers that she was startled by the presence of Worrell and that she did not know him.
After being detained by police, Worrell said that he wished to speak to investigators, reported Officer Marissa Curry. However, previous attempts to question Worrell had been unsuccessful.
Worrell was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, a misdemeanor.
Court records list the defendant’s residence as a home in Cape Coral--more than 130 miles from Largo. But Worrell had recently been living as a transient in Largo. Worrell was arrested a few months ago in Largo for stealing clothing and trying to break into a trailer. He was locked up on those felony counts until early April when prosecutors declined to pursue charges.
Worrell has a rap sheet a mile long, which includes convictions for burglary, criminal damage, theft, dealing in stolen property, trespass, reckless driving, and narcotics possession.

Women Love Cars
A woman who has been diagnosed with mechanophilia, a sexual attraction to vehicles and machines, stirred up quite a bit of a disturbance in her Pennsylvania neighborhood when she ran from her home and chased after cars that she found attractive.Cops in West Norriton received a call on April 18 about a woman running in the roadway who was being chased by two other women.
Officers determined that the women were a pair of home health aides that took care of the woman who was running towards a Marshalls department store around 5:40 PM.
When police approached the woman outside the store, she let them in on her mechanophilia diagnosis, saying that she wasn’t trying to harm herself, she was just trying to look at the cars because she found them attractive.
Police explained to the woman that her actions were dangerous and that she needed to go home. Officers eventually returned the woman to her home where they witnessed her kiss, hug and became emotional over a white Nissan Pathfinder that she called ‘Husky Bear.’ The woman is also said to have yelled at another vehicle nearby because she did not like it.
One patrolman explained to the woman that she could not be outside causing a disturbance and that she needed to go inside. After kissing the Pathfinder several more times, the woman did as the officers told her to do.
The woman’s health aides informed police that they were not allowed to put their hands on her, so she runs off often.

Man Arrested for Using the Force on Mother
Cops responded to an April 27 disturbance call at a home in Dubois. They found Joan Vargas, 75, being treated by EMS workers. Vargas was bleeding from gashes on her head and wrist.
Vargas told officers that her son Andrew had struck her repeatedly with a light saber. Vargas said she was sitting on a dining room chair when her son began hitting her with this saber in the head, on her back/neck area and on her wrist.
Joan could not say why Andrew struck her with the saber. The 6’ 4”, 330-pound Vargas owns many other light sabers, according to his mother.
When he was confronted by cops, Andrew Vargas denied striking his mother, and claimed that she was hitting herself and that she has many issues.
Andrew Vargas, who lives with his mother, was arrested on misdemeanor assault and harassment charges. Vargas’s rap sheet includes prior convictions for theft, drunk driving, and criminal trespass.
